New Executive Committee Elected

A new Executive Committee for IWWF Asia was elected on Saturday, 8th November 2025, during the IWWF Asian Congress attended by delegates from 11 Asian member Federations. Mr. Alireza Mehrsadeghi of Iran was elected President, with Mr. David Chong from Hong Kong elected as Secretary General. The committee also welcomed three Vice Presidents: Mr. Shinichi Sakata from Japan, Mr.Carlo Dela Torre from the Philippines, and Mr. Aaref Haranki from the United Arab Emirates who were also elected. After leading IWWF Asia for 12 years, Mr. Thomas Lin was unanimously honored with the title of IWWF Asia President Emeritus.
